By installing or using PromoCheckup, you agree to these terms with Individual Entrepreneur Hlib Oreshchuk.

The service

PromoCheckup is a read-only monitoring tool that checks supported public Online Store pages for observable sale-price inconsistencies. It reports evidence and suggested checks; it does not edit products, discounts, themes, prices, or storefront content.

A public, reachable Shopify Online Store is required for useful scans. Password protection, custom storefront behavior, localization, or theme changes can limit which checks are supported.

Subscriptions

The public PromoCheckup plan is $14.99 USD every 30 days with a 14-day trial for eligible new subscriptions. Shopify presents and processes the subscription. Development stores owned by eligible Shopify Partners or developers can test the plan without charge while the store remains a development store.

Merchants can review or cancel the plan through Shopify. Shopify's billing terms, taxes, currency conversion, proration, and payment handling also apply. Uninstalling the app may cancel access but does not replace any action Shopify requires to manage a charge.

Merchant responsibilities

• Keep your Shopify account and app access secure.
• Use PromoCheckup only for stores you own or are authorized to manage.
• Review findings before changing products, pricing, or promotions.
• Do not disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate PromoCheckup reliably, but maintenance, provider outages, Shopify changes, or storefront restrictions can interrupt or limit scans. Features may change to maintain security, platform compatibility, or service quality. Material changes will be communicated through the app or support channel when practical.

No guarantee of complete detection

PromoCheckup evaluates observable evidence using bounded automated checks. A finding is not legal, accounting, marketing, or pricing advice, and the absence of a finding does not guarantee that a storefront has no pricing, promotion, compliance, or conversion issue. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing and operating their stores.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PromoCheckup is provided without implied warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for PromoCheckup during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using PromoCheckup at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or a material breach of these terms. Data is handled after uninstall according to the privacy policy and Shopify's mandatory redaction process.
